Boy mom of 3, Star Wars lover, Taco aficionado, Wine connoisseur, Christ lover. I am just a lady passionate about photography and life. Life is too short to not smile.
Moving home to Washington as a wedding photographer, I was so excited! WHY? I will tell you, because…TREEHOUSE POINT! My husband and I loved to watch Pete Nelson on Treehouse Maters way back in the day. It is also only about an hour from my house. Major points there! But mostly because a Treehouse Point wedding in the forest with the sun shining, your best people and two people in love is everything you need.
I 2nd shot this wedding with my girl Katelynn Kay We always have so much fun together and I cannot thank her enough for always thinking of me to help her with her weddings. Sometimes being the 2nd is great because you get to think outside the box, look at other angles, etc. I also associate shoot for Katelynn. We are similar people, we have similar shooting styles and she trusts me to get the job done and give her work that exceeds expectations.
Amy & Courtney got married on October 13th, 2024 in front of their best people. Sometimes the smallest group means the most compared to something larger. Their people showed up and showed out. Man, you felt the love. That’s all you need. Some of their details included their 3 dogs, sunflowers and lots of tequila shots and tears. I mean, I am a sensitive soul, but when you heard their vows and saw the love, who couldn’t help but cry.
I would love to do multiple weddings here a year. The amount of ideas I have to capture around Treehouse Point, that not one wedding will be the same. They even have a river flowing through for some epic river shots as well. If you would like me to shoot your Treehouse Point wedding, contact me here! My work is timeless, but modern and fun. True to life colors that embrace the true PNW vibes.
