I believe that Leslie is talking about US! You and I get to work closely with each other during this time of planning. Whether you are planning an elopement, micro wedding or a full on wedding with all your family and friends, I am here for it ALL!
Our journey begins with that first email! Then we get to meet in person or have a phone call and if you want ME, we will sign that contract and pay a non-refundable retainer. After that, the real fun begins! We will go over all the questions, concerns, more phone calls and text messages. We will go over a timeline, location scout (for those elopements), and get frustrated and excited together. TOGETHER. That's what I love about this. We are in this together!
There are no surprises with me. Everything is spelled out, so you don't have to do much work. Doesn't that sound good??!

My style is genuine and candid, with little direction for couples portraits and group photos. I want to capture the true moments of your wedding and I want you to be able to enjoy the day without my camera in your face. It is important to me to be able to capture your wedding without taking anything away from your day. Communicating what you want me to capture is one of my biggest take a ways from our discussions before the day arrives because then, I can capture everything you desire from me. My editing style is very true to life, bold and vibrant. I will not change any colors. What you see on your day, is how I edit. I do not go with trends. Your photos will last forever.
What is your photographic style?

All of my edits are hand edited! I will apply and batch edit most colors and corrections, but each and every photo is hand edited. I will edit out unsavory aspects, or a random photobomber. I will edit out scars at your discretion, pimples, and bruises. Unless stated by you, those are my top retouches. I will not edit your body. You are perfect the way you are!
Do you offer retouching, color adjustment, or any other editing services?

YES! I pride myself in knowing how to shoot in every lighting situation. I 100% believe that every photographer needs to know this. When it comes to wedding venues, not every venue is equal. Some will have lots of light and some will not. Some will be an orange barn, some will have beautiful white walls. Some will be solely outside and some inside on a dark and rainy day. I have my trusty flash that will help and enhance any wedding venue situation that I do know how to use.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

I go over this in my wedding contract, but 100% yes. If for some reason, I cannot be at your wedding, I have photographer friends who have the same style as me able to jump in to help. This would be an act of God if I cannot be there for your wedding, but IF for some reason, I am contagious or needing surgery, you will be covered 100% by me. For regular sessions, we would reschedule to another day.
Do you provide a replacement shooter in case you are unable to photograph our wedding?

For weddings/elopements I travel outside of set parameters. Anything outside of traveling 60 minutes I will charge a travel feel. Most of those parameters are anything outside of Olympia and Seattle. I charge extra for Mt. Rainier, Olympic National Park, Leavenworth, eastern Washington, the Cascades, Washington coast, Oregon (from Portland, to Cannon Beach and all the way to Medford), and so on. Some places in Oregon I wont need lodging, unless it is Bend, then I will, but for the sake of my car and gas, that is what I charge for.
