For the wildly in love, the sweetly silly, & the ones who just can't stop looking at each other.
Let’s build your day around what matters most.
Step into the magic
Forget the rules. Forget the trends. Forget the “you have to do it this way.”
Your wedding isn’t a performance. It’s a reflection of your hearts, your laughter, your quiet glances, your inside jokes, your sacred vows. It’s not supposed to look like anyone else’s because it isn’t anyone else’s.
You deserve a wedding day that feels like home. One that breathes with authenticity and joy. The kind of day where you’re free to cry, laugh, dance like a fool, or skip the dance floor altogether. Where tradition is optional, but love is required.
Whether you’re planning a mountaintop elopement with just your dog and your person, or an epic celebration filled with happy tears and heartfelt speeches, you should feel held, not just by your people, but by your photographer.
I’m here for the moments that are honest and real. The ones you’ll look back on and say, “That was so us.” The truth is, the best weddings aren’t built from checklists or Pinterest boards. They’re built for you.

"She was professional, punctual and had great communication. We planned to take pictures outside but when it started raining, Allison quickly pivoted and came up with a different option. When she saw that I was a bit hesitant, she took pictures of the groomsmen with the new background and showed me before continuing.
She went above and beyond, even getting soaking wet in the rain to capture the best pictures possible. I'm so happy to have had her skill and positive attitude there the whole day!"

My husband and I have been married for 18 years and together for 19. We planned our wedding in just three months because he was deploying and the choice was either marry now or wait nearly two years. It was a 15-month deployment. (Yep. They could do that back then.) We decided we can do this in 3 months. It was wild, emotional, and beautiful in its own way. And while I don’t regret a single part of that decision...I do regret not standing up for my wedding photos.
I had my heart set on a photographer who got it, someone with vision, someone who could capture more than just the standard moments. But my mom (love you, truly) wanted to keep things budget-friendly and safe. So we compromised. And now, I don’t love my wedding photos. They’re not awful, but they don’t feel like us. I’ve never printed them bigger than a 5x7 because I can't. I don’t show them off. And I never want you to feel that way about your photos.
This is why I do what I do. Why I believe in photography that’s Classic and Timeless, but also Modern and Fun. I’ll be the photographer who listens. Who hypes you up. Who makes you laugh and feel like your truest self. Your photos should reflect you, joyful, genuine, and full of life.

Planning a wedding is equal parts joy, chaos, and the deep desire to do it your way. I’ve been in your shoes. I’ve felt the pressure of expectations and the ache of wanting something more personal. So here’s what I know to be true:
You deserve more than just photos.
You deserve an experience that feels like coming home.
Whether you’re writing vows in the woods, dancing under string lights in a vineyard, or whispering "I love you" behind the doors before your ceremony, your wedding day deserves to be captured with heart, intention, and the kind of honesty that doesn’t go out of style.

So what do you gain when I’m by your side?
A calm and organized presence who communicates every step of the way so there are no surprises, only good ones.
A photographer who thrives on planning, timelines, and pivoting when needed. (Yes, I’m still the queen of the Friends couch “PIVOT!” reference.)
A collaborator who listens, laughs, and gets to know what makes your relationship yours, your people, your traditions (or lack of them), your story.
And me. The girl in the Birks with a bow in her hair, showing up with her whole heart, camera in hand, ready to laugh with you and hold space for the quiet, holy moments too.
Because this isn’t just about taking pictures.
It’s about honoring the sacred, joyful, messy, and magic-filled truth of your wedding day. And capturing it all—exactly as it felt.

After the shoot, I carefully handpick and edit your best images, enhanced, never overdone. My editing style is natural, clean, and polished. Within two weeks, you’ll receive a stunning, on brand gallery you can start using right away.
On your wedding day, I’ll be there with tissues tucked in one pocket and backup batteries in the other. From the quiet getting ready moments to your teary vows & epic dance floor moves, I’ll capture it all with heart & intention. After the big day, I carefully cull and hand-edit every image, delivering a sneak peek gallery within a week & your full collection between 8–12 weeks. You relive the magic—I’ll handle the rest.
This is where the magic happens. Whether we’re shooting at your office, your favorite coffee shop, or a studio that matches your vibe, we’ll bring your vision to life. I’ll come prepped with a custom shot list to make sure we capture everything. A few of my go-to spaces are Tacoma Photo Studio and The Olive in Seattle. Both offer the perfect blend of style and versatility.
From the second you’re booked, I am in your corner. Think of me as your wedding photographer slash unofficial planning bestie. We’ll dive into all the details—venue, color palette, timeline logistics, and all the magical moments in between. I’ve been to a lot of weddings, so I’ll help you plan in a way that brings peace, clarity, and confidence.
We’ll meet over coffee, lunch, or whatever fuels your creativity. I want to get to know you, your business, your personality, and your goals. We’ll talk about the message you want to communicate, how you’ll use your photos, and the best ways to make your brand shine.
Once your inquiry lands in my inbox (cue the happy dance), we’ll hop on a call to dream a little. We’ll talk about your wedding vision, the hours of coverage you might need, and how we can make it all work within your budget. Once we’re aligned, you’ll get the contract and retainer info to officially book your date. It’s simple, intentional, and built around what matters most to you.

"I was so grateful to have her as our photographer for many reasons. Leading up to our wedding day she was in contact with us about everything. She also asked me for a list of family members she could call on for family photos. I appreciated how organized she was before the wedding and on the day of. On the day of she kept the wedding party on track, was able to gather all of the family seamlessly, and it was a very smooth process.
I already loved Allison's style of photos, but was absolutely blown away with what she did for us. She nailed Golden Hour for my husband and I. Our family photos look amazing too. I tear up a bit every time I look over our wedding album and I cannot wait to hang up our photos in our home. I am so excited to have these photos and cherish them forever."
"Allison had so much energy, was so sweet, and helped us with the cutest poses. She made a couple very shy people feel at home and comfortable in front of the camera. Yes, we took a couple pictures posing and smiling into the camera, but most of the pictures were staged in a way to capture my husband and I right in a moment laughing or just enjoying each other. I love the candid vibes she brought to the photos.
It was so nice to have someone like that during the chaos of a wedding.
Allison kept up the energy during our session and had no problems getting wet and messy. She made my partner and i feel very at home in front of the camera and she found the fine line between playful and professional.
We had so much fun working with her"

Wedding photography isn’t just about the big moments, it’s about the moments you didn’t even realize were important until later. The hug from your grandma that lasted a little longer. The proud look on your dad’s face as he straightens your tie. The way your best friend wipes away a tear during your vows.
These aren’t just photos for your album. They are your legacy. The last chapter with some, the first chapter with others, and a forever reminder of the people who stood beside you when you said, “I do.”
Years from now, I want you to look back and not just remember the day, but remember the feeling of it. The way your heart raced, the laughter that echoed through the room, the quiet, sacred in-between moments that made it yours.
Because your wedding isn’t just a celebration. It’s a time capsule. And I’m here to make sure it’s filled with everything that matters.

Every photographer is different, but the truth is that wedding photography is so much more than just showing up on your big day. It includes consultations, venue walk-throughs, engagement sessions (and editing those photos), timeline planning, and of course, countless hours of editing after the wedding to ensure every image is perfect. Plus, there’s the upkeep of your gallery and the investment in high-quality equipment and experience to capture your day beautifully!
Why are wedding photographers expensive?
A second photographer isn’t a must, but it adds so much value! They allow both partners’ getting-ready moments to be captured seamlessly, without me having to bounce between locations. They also provide different angles—like when you’re walking down the aisle—and capture candid moments happening elsewhere. An extra set of eyes means more memories preserved, and you can never go wrong with that!
Do I need a 2nd wedding photographer?
Wedding portraits are one of the most important parts of your day—you’ll never regret making time for them! Even if you feel awkward in front of the camera, I promise to guide you every step of the way. The best time? Golden hour is my favorite for that dreamy, romantic glow. If that’s not possible, daylight hours work beautifully. If you’re doing a first look, portraits right after are ideal. If not, we’ll capture them after family photos post-ceremony. In just 15–20 minutes, we’ll create timeless images you’ll cherish forever!
When is the best time for couples portraits on the wedding day?
A first look can truly change the tone of your wedding day and in the best way, so much so! A first look gives you an intimate, calming moment together before the ceremony. It helps ease the nerves and makes that walk down the aisle feel more joyful and less overwhelming.
It also gives us the chance to knock out couples photos, your full wedding party (if you have one), and even some family formals ahead of time. That means after the ceremony, you can actually enjoy cocktail hour without rushing through portraits.
Relaxed timeline, less stress, more time together. A win all around.
Are "First Looks" honestly that valuable?
When choosing your wedding photographer, focus on three key factors: quality of work, style, and personality. Your photographer should align with your aesthetic. It’s important to meet with them before booking—whether over coffee or a video chat—to get to know each other. An engagement session is also crucial, as it gives you a chance to see how they work and interact with you. Make sure their personality fits your needs: If you prefer a more laid-back photographer, look for someone with a quieter nature. As an outgoing photographer, I love being in the action (like on the dance floor!), but I also know when to step back, especially during the ceremony. Finally, ask to see multiple galleries to ensure the quality and style are consistent throughout.
