Number one, trust and communication! I will make sure I tell you everything you need to know ahead of time so there are no surprises. We will go over pricing, contracts, questionnaires, location advice, styling advice, the big day, how long it will take me to edit, how you get your photos, etc. So, that once your day is here, all you need to do is sit back and relax. I got you.
I am ME! Yes, I am completely and unapologetically me. I love make my clients laugh, feel good about themselves, but I also can be real. I can help make a bad situation into a good one. I will take all the weight. I will speak up for you.

This is a great question! Everyone has a different style and it is SO important that you love your photographers style and coloring when it comes to your sessions. Please, do not ask us to change it! My style is very true to life coloring. I strive for my photos to be fun and lively, but romantic and a touch of modern. Most of all, my style is your style. I tell your story!
What is your photographic style?

No, I do not offer the unedited RAW files to anyone. There are some instances where I shoot to preserve a gorgeous sunset, so while the sunset is perfect in camera, everything else would be darker and I would edit to increase exposure on the subject. While I strive for getting my settings right in camera every time I shoot, there are special instances where we as photographers will go outside that box!

YES! I pride myself in knowing how to shoot in every lighting situation. I 100% believe that every photographer needs to know this. I have done sessions in thunder storms, rain, sun, wind and snow. I will say this, I will not put my clients in any weather situation that may turn bad. This is something discussed during our consult call. I have a great flash that I know how to use for those low lit wedding situations or indoor studio sessions.
Do you have experience shooting in various lighting situations?

I do! Weather dependent, we can reschedule! I 100% understand that not just weather gets in the way, but an unexpected family emergency, or even work can spring something on you at the last minute. We are a military family, so I completely understand military related trips.
Do you have a rescheduling policy?

For any sessions, branding or otherwise, and weddings/elopements I travel outside of set parameters. Anything outside of traveling 45 minutes I will charge a travel feel. Most of those parameters are anything outside of Olympia and Seattle. I charge extra for Mt. Rainier, Olympic National Park, Leavenworth, eastern Washington, the Cascades, Washington coast, Oregon (from Portland, to Cannon Beach and all the way to Medford), and so on. Some places in Oregon I wont need lodging, unless it is Bend, then I will, but for the sake of my car and gas, that is what I charge for.
Do you charge for travel?

My normal portrait sessions are between 2 and 3 weeks. It is normally 2 weeks and I always, always get you sneak peeks over social media, but if it's during peak busy season (summer-Christmas) it could be up to 3 weeks. For weddings my full gallery timeline is between 8-12 weeks. 8 for not during busy season and more 12 for busy season.
How long until we receive the full digital gallery?
